This is a light touch service whereby the primary support is in recruitment and on-boarding and access to the tele-worker system to ensure that employers are compliant with MOL standards.
Peopleplus will offer an in-depth and on-going remote support service covering all aspects of the teleworker work-readiness and employment. This can include HR support, attendance, holiday and sickness tracking through enhanced features on our system. Additional support in the form of Training, Performance Management and IT helpdesk.
Managed office Solutions
Peopleplus will offer a full managed office solution through our furnished managed site we will take on the majority of the full day to day management requirements. Utilising our Office Manager, Trainer and Administrator we will be able to offer a full outsourced management and support function. Employers will need to take responsibility for authorisation of holidays, sickness etc with Peopleplus taking care of the rest. Again full access to Professional Development, Performance Management and IT support will be offered in this service.
